Nu kan du som agent själv uppgradera dryckespaketet
Tidigare har uppgraderingar av gästernas dryckespaketet varit tvungen att gå via MSC Cruises Contact Center, vi kan nu glatt berätta att du som agent kan göra detta på egen hand.
Genom att klicka på den gulmarkerade pilen i rutan om added services kommer ett alternativ om uppgradering för kunden upp, välj sen det paket som kunden efterfrågar.
I början av 2021 kom nyheten att vi på MSC Cruises har modifierat dryckespaketen för sommaren 2021 och vintern 2021/2022, se paketen HÄR.

Previously, upgrades of the guests’ drink packages had to go through the MSC Cruises Contact Center, we can now happily tell you that you as an agent can do this on your own.
By clicking on the yellow-marked arrow in the box on added services, an option to upgrade the customer package appear, then select the package that the customer requests.
At the beginning of 2021, the news came that we at MSC Cruises have modified the drink packages for the summer of 2021 and the winter of 2021/2022, see the packages HERE.
