Nya ändrade tillfälliga villkor för individuella bokningar
BOKNINGAR INBOKADE INNAN 10/3 2020
Ombokningar
- Vi erbjuder nu en kostnadsfri ombokning av kryssningen (eventuella skillnader i hyttpris bekostas av kund) för kryssningar med avresa innan 30/6 2020.
- Den nya kryssningen måste ha avresa senast inom 12 månader och vara inom samma destination (exempel: en Medelhavskryssning kan endast bokas om till en annan Medelhavskryssning). Priset ska hålla samma prisklass och nivå som original bokningen annars får eventuella skillnader i priset bekostas av kund.
- Priserna för det önskade datumet kan skiljas gentemot de priser som ni ser i MSC Book så vänligen kontakta oss per telefon eller mail för att få korrekt pris för det nya önskade avresedatumet.
- För flyg gäller normala ombokningsvillkor.
- Observera att villkoren vid eventuell avbokning av den nya bokningen baseras på den ursprungliga bokningens avresedatum enligt våra bokningsvillkor.
- Ombokning ska meddelas oss senast 48 timmar före avresa för Cruise Only,96 timmar för Fly & Cruise, under våra öppettider.

Deposition
- Handpenningen sänks från 15% till 500 kr per person för nybokningar gjorda fram till 31/5 2020, oavsett destination (gäller ej World Cruise) och avresa senast 30/11 2020.

Avbokningsvillkor
- För nybokningar gjorda 11/3 – 31/5 med avresa före 30/6 är det nu möjligt att avboka fram till 21 dagar före avresa och endast förlora depositionen på 50 EUR/500 SEK/DKK/NOK per person. Gäller ej World Cruise.
- För kryssningar med avresa den 30/6 och framåt gäller ordinarie avbokningsvillkor.
- För flyg gäller normala depositions-, om- och avbokningsvillkor.

Re-booking
- We now offer free Re-booking (possible differences in cab price paid by customer) for cruises with departure before the 30/6 2020.
- The new cruise must have its departure date latest within 12 months and also be in the same destination (example: a Mediterranean cruise can only be re-booked to another Mediterranean cruise). The price should keep the same price range and level as the original booking otherwise any differences in the price may be paid by the customer.
- The prices can differ for the new cruise date from the fares you see in MSC Book so please contact us per mail or phone to get the correct cabin fare for the new requested date before giving information to your clients.
- For Flight bookings – Normal re-book terms applies
- Please note that the terms and conditions for a possible cancellation for the new booking, will be based on the original booking as per our Terms & conditions.
- Re-bookings shall be notified MSC latest 48 hours before departure; Cruise only and 96 hour before departure; Fly & Cruise, during our opening hours.

- For cancellation requests – normal cancellation terms applies for both cruise and flight

Deposit
- The deposit is being lowered from 15% to 50 EUR/500 SEK/DKK/NOK per person for new bookings made up until 31/5 2020, regardless destination (not valid world cruise) and departure up until 30/11 2020.

- For new bookings done 11/3 – 31/5 with departure before 30/6 2020, it is now possible to cancel up to 21 days before departure and only loose the deposit of 50 EUR/500 SEK/DKK/NOK per person. Not valid for world cruise.
- For cruises with departures 30/6 and onwards, normal cancellation policy will be applied.
- For Flight bookings – Normal deposit- re-book and cancellations terms applies.
