Träder i kraft från och med 13 juli
Med hänvisning till den nuvarande processen för att boka den obligatoriska hotellserviceavgiften, kommer en viktig förändring att vara live från och med 13 juli.
Som du redan vet har HOTELLSERVICEAVGIFTEN från och med den 1 april 2021 gjorts obligatorisk som en integrerad del av det totala kryssningspriset.
Hittills har bokningsflödet gett gästerna alternativen:
- Betala nu
- Betala ombord i slutet av kryssningen
I linje med vår nya policy kommer det inte längre att vara möjligt att betala Hotellserviceavgiften ombord. Från och med den 13 juli 2023 kommer du inte att se alternativet ”betala ombord” i bokningsflödet;
Du kommer att se det slutgiltiga priset med Hotellserviceavgiften inkluderad i MSC Book och DTS och Hotellserviceavgiften kommer alltid att vara förbetalt vid bokningstillfället.
With reference to the current process to book the mandatory Hotel Service Charge, an important change will be live starting from 13 July.
As you are already aware, from 1st of April 2021 the HOTEL SERVICE CHARGE (HSC) have been made mandatory as an integral part of the total cruise price.
So far the booking flow has provided the guests with the following option:
- Pay now
- Pay onboard at the end of the cruise
In line with our new policy it will no longer be possible to pay the HSC onboard. From 13th July 2023 onwards you will not see the option “pay onboard” during the booking flow;
You will see the final price with HSC already included in MSC Book and DTS and the HSC will be always be pre-paid at the time of the booking.
